I might be a bit picky about details, but the first thing I noticed was the stitching. For something handmade, it felt rougher than I expected, and that kind of stuck with me

I feel like I paid way, way too much for this. It just doesn’t feel worth the price at all.

I wasn’t a big fan of the look, honestly. The design feels a bit outdated and dull to me. I was also confused because the website makes it seem like the style would be more modern, but in person it didn’t really match what I expected.

I don’t know, this bag just feels way lighter than I expected, and not in a good way. It has that kind of flimsy feel that makes me wonder if the materials were chosen more to cut corners than to actually protect anything. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it with my clubs.

I ordered a bag and, the shipping process was frustrating. The tracking information barely updated, so I had no real idea where my order was or when it would arrive. It ended up coming much later than expected. I did reach out to ask about the delivery, but the response wasn’t very helpful. Overall, the lack of clear updates made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

It does look nice at first glance, so I was hopeful... but the fabric feels flimsy once you actually touch it. I expected it to feel a little more sturdy for the price.

I was—well, I guess the order went okay overall. Checkout felt a little clunky, and the confirmation email took longer to come through than I expected. The bag arrived fine though, so it all worked out in the end.

I’ve been using my Mackenzie golf bag for a few months now, and I do like a lot about it. It looks great, it’s lightweight, and the straps are comfortable enough that walking the course with it hasn’t been a hassle at all.
The downside is the durability. After just regular weekend rounds, the bottom is already showing some wear and a little stitching is starting to come loose. For what this thing costs, that feels kind of ridiculous. It’s not falling apart or anything, but I definitely expected it to hold up better.

I got mine customized it came out looking really good. The whole process was easy, and the custom options made it feel like I had a million little ways to make it my own.

I ordered this bag with my initials and picked the placement based on the preview, so I thought I had a good idea of what I was getting. When it showed up, though, it just looked off, the letters were spaced strangely and one of them almost looked tilted, which made the whole thing feel a little sloppy.

I picked up the Mackenzie bag and overall I do like it. It has a nice look to it, and there’s something about it that feels clean and simple. The main pocket is fine for the basics like balls, tees, and maybe a jacket, but it fills up quicker than I expected. I do wish it had one extra little pocket for stuff like keys or my phone. If you pack light, it works well enough, but it’s not the best if you like carrying a bunch of extra things.
